This is an original, one-of-a-kind painting by Norfolk, Connecticut-based artist John Funt entitled Flowers Before a China Cupboard , 2026. Featuring a vintage wood frame chosen by the artist specifically for the painting. From the artist: "The layering of flowers and objects I love here includes the exuberant, old Heydenryk frame. I repainted one part of it in silvery tones, and chose a strong coral color for the amaryllis supported by the berried branches of ilex."
